Bridal Booking Terms and Conditions
Last updated: January 2026
Booking
Following a bridal enquiry, a quote will be provided for the specific services required. If this is accepted, you will be sent a booking form to complete detailing information about both the trial and wedding day. This will need to be returned with the Booking Fee as outlined below.
Booking Fee
To secure the services of Kylie Rose Hair, a non-refundable booking fee of £150 is required. By paying this fee, you are entering into a contract and agreeing to the Kylie Rose Hair terms of service detailed below.
What the booking fee covers: The booking fee reflects the time and expertise invested in your initial consultation, correspondence, planning, and the reservation of your wedding date. Once your date is secured, I will turn away other enquiries for that date, which represents a significant commitment on my part.
Why the booking fee is non-refundable: Wedding hair services require substantial advance planning and coordination. When I reserve your date, I forgo other potential bookings. The booking fee compensates for this commitment and the consultation work undertaken regardless of whether the wedding booking proceeds. This policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows me to maintain the high standard of service you deserve.
Due to high demand, your wedding date will not be reserved until the booking fee has been paid.
Payment should be made via BACS to

Hair Trial and 50% Deposit
On the day of the trial, you will pay for your trial hair in full.
We will also finalise your booking, including the number of people requiring hair styling on the wedding day, and any additional costs where applicable (travel, additional stylist, hair extensions, etc.).
At this point, 50% of the final balance will be due. This deposit is non-refundable.
Note: Failure to pay the deposit may result in your booking being cancelled and the loss of your booking fee.
Final Payment
The full balance is due two weeks before the day of your wedding. Payments can be made via BACS (using the account details above) or cash.
Note: Failure to pay the final balance by the agreed date may result in the loss of your booking and any non-refundable deposits paid.
Late Payment
The final balance is due two weeks before your wedding date. If payment is not received by this date:
A reminder will be sent, and you will have 48 hours to make payment.
If payment is still not received, I reserve the right to cancel your booking. In this event, all deposits paid remain non-refundable.
Services will not be provided on the wedding day if the balance remains outstanding.
Changes to the Bridal Party
I understand that wedding plans can evolve. However, please note the following regarding changes to your booking:
Reductions to the bridal party
If you reduce the number of people requiring hair styling after the 50% deposit has been paid, refunds will not be given for removed individuals. The deposit is calculated on the agreed party size at the time of the trial.
Additions to the bridal party
Additional guests may be accommodated subject to availability and will be quoted separately. Payment for additional services is due at the time of booking the extra person(s).
Notification of changes
Any changes to your booking must be communicated in writing (email is acceptable) at least four weeks before your wedding date. Changes requested within four weeks of the wedding may not be possible to accommodate.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the client
If you cancel before the hair trial, the £150 booking fee is non-refundable.
If you cancel after the hair trial but more than 8 weeks before the wedding, the booking fee and 50% deposit are non-refundable.
If you cancel within 8 weeks of the wedding, the full balance remains payable.
Cancellation by Kylie Rose Hair
In the unlikely event I need to cancel your booking due to illness or emergency, I will make every reasonable effort to find a suitable replacement stylist. If this is not possible, all payments made will be refunded in full.
Postponement: If you postpone your wedding, I will endeavour to accommodate your new date. The booking fee will be transferred to the new date, subject to availability. If your new date is unavailable, standard cancellation terms apply.
Additional Fees
Sunday and Bank Holiday Fee: For weddings scheduled on Sundays or bank holidays, a fee of £55 will be applied.
Assistant Location Fee: A fee of £100 will be charged for weddings requiring an assistant.
Early Start Fee: If the hair stylist is required to be onsite before 8am, an early call-out fee of £55 will be applied to accommodate such requests.
Mileage: This will be charged for a return journey from my home address to your venue at a rate of £1 per mile.
Please note that these fees are non-negotiable and will be added to the total cost of the service. If you have any further questions or would like to discuss your specific requirements, please feel free to reach out.
